JULIA SIMONE | HITTING ROCK BOTTOM UNTIL WE GET OUT OF OUR OWN WAY
Eight years ago, Julia Simone was broken. On the outside, she painted a picture of a woman who had the world. On the inside though, she struggled with binge eating & other addictions from the age of 11. She became a master at suppressing emotions and perfecting her outward life in order to hide her inner pain. Eventually, she hit rock bottom and reached a point where she didn't want to hurt anymore. Through a unique treatment program, she got out of her own way and became her own change agent and is now a Health, Wellness, and Recovery Coach, liberating us from our own compulsions.

MICHELLE STEIN: HIDING IN PLAIN VIEW
For the first time, Michelle Stein is courageously speaking out about her life as an adult child of alcoholics, a survivor of trauma, her own work of recovery and addiction. Michelle loved and cared for parents, siblings, and relatives who lived and died from the life of alcoholism. She experienced the loss of both parents and 4 siblings over a period of 12 years.
Michelle views her work as part of her civic and social responsibility and has made it her life’s purpose to do what she can to advocate for people who are hiding in plain view, those who are fearful of not being enough or stuck in the shadows in need of recovery.
