Derek Drouillard is one of the thousands of business owners in Ontario who made the decision to permanently close his doors this past July. Merli's, an award-winning Coffeehouse and Eatery, welcomed artists, musicians, and community groups. It was a favourite spot for residents and visitors for 8 years. Derek took over the business for 18 months after the original owner and friend, Frank Merlihan retired.
