Worth the read!!!
I couldn’t put this book down and finished it in one afternoon!
For anyone that is suffering from anxiety and mental illness or more so a parent of a child who suffers from anxiety, this is an excellent book to help understand how the mind is interpreting their fears and stressors. I really found this book insightful!
This book should be read by everyone, whether oneself suffers from anxiety and suicidal thoughts or if you are a parent, caregiver, teacher, student, nurse, or social worker to help understand and recognize mental illness, the need for coping strategies, recognizing triggers and is a great book to initiate conversations to talk openly about our struggles and anxiety with everyday life.
I feel Jackson is an invaluable book, It confirms that nobody is alone whether you are the person with the anxiety or the parent of a child with anxiety and there is always help and hope out there! Hope is very powerful and I believe we need it to survive! Jackson is about Hope! Fahima Mullins, Amazon Review
