๐ฅ Through her own experiences and trauma, she helps us see how we can change our approach.
๐ฅ Our response in any moment has an impact on a child โ they will mirror us.
๐ฅ The connection we have with them is the key to discipline and what we do in that moment to show empathy or compassion shows them we are a secure person.
๐ฅ Control comes with a cost to connection. Children will blame themselves or us as parents.
๐ฅ How we talk to ourselves is how we talk to children. It reflects our Inner speech.
๐ฅ How many of us are "shouting" our children and provoking shame and guilt?
๐ฅ Peaceful or conscious parenting comes with consequences. We DO NOT give up our limits. Ginny will help us see how we can be assertive, set boundaries and be kind/firm at the same time with concrete examples.
