As a Chapter Leader for PCMH in Windsor Ontario, Corrine loves connecting with families and has a passion for supporting parents and caregivers, the ability to connect with people who have lived experience is vital for people to feel empowered, supported, understood, and not alone. Parents for Children's Mental Health believe that children, youth, and their families suffering from mental health challenges deserve our extreme respect and assurance. We are dedicated to improving the lives of these families

Jasper Trey has a tendency to live in her head and finally felt she had enough life experience at the tender age of 34 to put one of her imaginings down on paper. Everyone deserves a little happy ever after in their life, sometimes it's through a good story and sometimes it's just your life that you are living. Jasper writes so we can find some happiness every day.
After years of treatments for fertility, experiencing anxiety and panic attacks, she took a yoga teaching course that changed her life.
