How can we heal our own bodies before and after a diagnosis? Marilyn Farnworth's passion is fitness. She is a Can-Fit-Pro certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She is also qualified to teach urban poling, aqua aerobics, yoga, pilates, seniors’ fitness, cardio pump, strength training, chair exercises, spin and stretch classes. Terry Fox is Marilyn's hero and she has participated in the Terry Fox Run for 41 years and has been the Coordinator for the run in Kingsville, Ontario for the past 5 years. A committed community volunteer, Marilyn recently rang the gong at the end of her treatment for breast cancer.
